You can rank up in mars explorer by earning points and then messaging firespeed or submiting your poits in the chat box. Just because you submit some points doesn't mean you will rank up, but will get you closer to the next rank.
Mars Explorer is a multiplayer game that can be found by going to yahoo (or whatever you use for internet) and typing in mars explorer then click mars explorer play and then launch game.
Mars Explorer also has a messaging system and a forum. You can creat an account by clicking the Lokin/register in the top right corner of the window.

You can rank up in Metal Storm bye unlocking new fighter jets and getting high skill rating. If you are trying to get a specific rank you can tell firespeed and he will tell you what you need to do to achieve that rank.
MetalStorm is a Iphone/Ipad game that has a campaign and multiplayer co op and VS you play as a fighter jet (of your choise) and battle friends and get achievments.
